ArtyMotion (artymotion.app) is a web app that allows artists and galleries to create mockups of visual works in the form of immersive images or videos.

Users remain the owners of their works (images, photographs, illustrations) that they import onto the platform.

Images and videos generated via ArtyMotion are the sole responsibility of the user. ArtyMotion does not guarantee the accuracy, fidelity, or artistic quality of the results produced by artificial intelligence.

 

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ArtyMotion offers a freemium plan with limited export, as well as paid subscriptions (monthly/annual) giving access to advanced features.
The subscription can be canceled at any time by the user via their account. Payments already made will not be refunded.

 

5. Responsibility

ArtyMotion strives to ensure the availability of the service, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, failures or interruptions.
ArtyMotion cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of data or opportunities related to the use of the service.

ArtyMotion only stores images uploaded by the user. Generated mockups are uploaded directly by the user and are not stored on our servers, except for temporary technical reasons.
